What is the Photo Gallery and how does it work?
The Photo Gallery in DispoSolutions is a feature that allows you to store and manage all photos for a property in a single location. Once photos have been uploaded into the Photo Gallery, you are free to use and reuse those pictures in any task that may require them instead of uploading a new copy every time.
The easiest way to access the photo gallery is with the following steps:
- Click on the “Property List” tab.
- Click on the property/loan number to access a property’s document summary screen.
- In the upper left-hand corner, click on the “Manage Photos” link.
Once you have accessed the Photo Gallery screen, you can upload pictures into the Photo Gallery either individually or several at a time.
