Creating an Account on Exceleras Support Portal:
- Navigate to: https://excelerassupport.freshdesk.com/support/login
- Select "Sign up with us" on the right-hand pane
- Enter your Full Name, Email Address, Title, Address, and Work phone - REGISTER
Open the email account you used to sign up and open the confirmation message from
- Select the Activation Link provided
- Enter and confirm the desired password and select "Activate & Login"
Once account created, you can check a ticket's status

Resetting the Password on an Account on the Support:
- Navigate to: https://excelerassupport.freshdesk.com/support/login
- Select "Forgot your password?" below the login prompts
- Enter the Email Address associated with the account in question
- Open the message from Exceleras
- Select the "Click here to reset the password" link
- Enter and confirm the desired password and select "Update & Login"
