Creating an Account on Exceleras Support Portal:

  1. Navigate to: https://excelerassupport.freshdesk.com/support/login
  2. Select "Sign up with us" on the right-hand pane
  3. Enter your Full Name, Email Address, Title, Address, and Work phone - REGISTER
  4. Open the email account you used to sign up and open the confirmation message from

  5. Select the Activation Link provided
  6. Enter and confirm the desired password and select "Activate & Login"

Once account created, you can check a ticket's status

Resetting the Password on an Account on the Support:

  1. Navigate to: https://excelerassupport.freshdesk.com/support/login
  2. Select "Forgot your password?" below the login prompts
  3. Enter the Email Address associated with the account in question
  4. Open the message from Exceleras 
  5. Select the "Click here to reset the password" link
  6. Enter and confirm the desired password and select "Update & Login"
