All agents when submitting an offer have to agree to the buyer agent technology fee of $150.00 if the offer is accepted.

When at the Submit New Offer form to submit an offer only the required fields are needed.

  • Funding- The type of financing the buyer is using Cash or Finance?
  • Document uploads
    • Real Estate Purchase Contact – Proof of Funds for cash offers
    • Real Estate Purchase Contact - Mortgage Pre-Approval letter
  • Buyer Name (s)
  • Offer Price
  • Initial Earnest Money
  • Method of Payment
  • Closing Date
  • Reason for Purchase
