The time frame response will depend on the Asset Manager's case load and Bank guidelines, each Bank has a different set of servicing guidelines set in place. The time frame will also depend on loss severity and any additional layers of management needed for approval before the offer can be accepted. 

Some Banks may not want the Asset Manager to respond for a specific amount of days once the property is listed for sale. The Banks may also be waiting for an owner occupant offer instead of an investor.  Once the offer is responded too, the final decision for an acceptance will rely on the Bank's guidelines when negotiating and accepting any offer.

Most likely they will respond in 3 to 7 business days. On rare occasions, they will respond in 24 hours. We have no control over the bank’s decision making process.
