Please follow these steps to respond to a Counteroffer.
Log into your agent profile by going to exceleras.com and click on Login.
Enter your login credentials - Username and Password, then click on the Log In button.
If your agent profile is missing information or has an expired real estate license or E&O insurance, this page will pop-up, click Continue.
Click on the Buyer Agent Offers tab and then Manage Offers.
Click on the Countered hyperlink to open the offer.
Once your counteroffer is submitted, it will go back Under Review. You can check it by going back into your agent profile and click on Buyer Agent Offers then Manage Offers to confirm the offer was submitted and is showing Under Review.
